The brief was simple enough: take this former cafeteria space and cleverly transform it back into a cozy, functional, and inviting lower-level dwelling that feels like home.

Design a cozy and highly efficient staff and office area cleverly tucked away in the roof space of this Childcare facility, thoughtfully maximizing every available inch of space while seamlessly ensuring the little ones’ world stays beautifully organized, safe, and runs smoothly at all times.

The client expressed a desire to increase the kitchen area of their residence in order to create a more spacious, inviting, and highly functional cooking environment. This thoughtful project ultimately resulted in a significantly expanded kitchen and an adjoining breakfast nook, providing ample room for family gatherings and daily meals. Additionally, a separate hobby building was added to accommodate creative pursuits, along with a charming verandah thoughtfully designed and attached to the front elevation of the home, enhancing both its curb appeal and outdoor living space.
