Tired of people treating his property like a public shortcut, this client decided enough was enough. We stepped in to navigate the red tape and secured permission to build a sturdy walled fence right along the boundary. Not just any fence—this one comes with a remote-access gate for vehicles, perfect for keeping things convenient but secure, plus a separate personnel access gate to make sure only authorized folks get through. Now, his property’s off-limits to unwanted wanderers, and he's got peace of mind with a dash of style.

The brief was to carefully remove the rotten timber fencing at the rear garden and replace it with a sturdy Limestone block wall. This new wall would vary in height, measuring approximately two metres at one end and tapering down to around 0.3 metres at the other. Simultaneously, the hazardous 2 to 3 metre garden slope at the front elevation was set to be completely transformed into a series of three terraced gardens, reinforced by strong retaining walls to ensure both safety and aesthetic appeal.

Bunbury Hospital needed a convenient parking area while construction work was ongoing at their site, so they reached out to the Bunbury Swimming Centre for assistance. This collaboration resulted in a wonderful gesture: the installation of a brand-new disability ramp right in front of the clubhouse.
